The flavor is finalized for Saturday’s Behind the Cart dinner. For those attending, Salted Burnt Caramel with an optional Coffee Caramel Sauce on top. It will be sitting nicely on top of Suite Food’s Liege Waffles.
Besides the ever changing San Francisco weather, we had an awesome time serving up 6 gallons of frozen custard at the SF Flea located at Fort Mason. We served up a Roasted Coconut Flavor topped with a Burnt Caramel sauce and Blue Bottle Coffee Flavor topped with Organic Condensed Milk. It was great meeting with WOW Truck, Brass Knuckle, Peter’s Kettle Corn, and Hearth Coffee. Look for potential Frozen Kuhsterd collaborations with WOW Truck and Brass Knuckle.
We have finalized the flavors for our first event for 2012, Yelp’s Holiday Hangover 2.0, hosted tomorrow at Big Daddy’s Antiques from 630-930pm.
Flavors:
The Buena Vista - a Tribute to the San Francisco Classic Irish Coffee. It is made with Blue Bottle’s Giant Steps and uncooked in Jameson Irish Whiskey (must be 21 or over!)
Cinnamon Toast Crunch - part of our Cereal Milk Series, we top each scoop with a Cinnamon Toast Crunch crumble.
